Best Choice Fitness Plan

Phase 2 of the Bestchoicechanges program is a time of precise calorie and food choice control. It is imperative that your body NOT over indulge in cardio vascular exercise because you risk burning too many calories that may result in muscle loss instead of fat loss. So how do we keep fit during the 26 days of Phase 2?

First, if you are already on a fitness routine, we highly suggest you scale back to at least half of your normal routine for the 26 days of Phase 2 or try our recommended workout.
